Work

Happy anniversary dear, had a great dinner with you :)

Being employed in this job its quite interesting.
I get to serve people, learn techniques of pouring wine. Get to learn the different types of wine, chardonnay (white wine), cabernet sauvignon (red wine), merlot, shiraz etc.
I get to taste the different types of wine, the smell, learn how to enjoy the different wines. Learn to pair wine with food, like chardonnay will go well with salad. Shiraz will go well with pork.

I met a winemaker his name is Luigi Bazzani from Italy has a vineyard in Australia, the Perennes. I am honoured to be 1 of the 4 being taught by him. Tasted 4 types of his wine, one of it is the Estate shiraz tasted quite tannin, smooth to drink not too acidic, very nice. Quite a nice guy won many awards for his wines.

It is a good experience for me being able to work here.
