Trinity

Learning about theology in SOT today. Learning about the trinity. God the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. Quite confusing if you don't accept the fact that God is 3 but yet there is only 1 God. God is 3 but 1. Hehe. If you try to understand it you will lose your mind. If you try to deny it you will lose your soul. So friends just accept by FAITH. God is 3 but 1. The LORD is one!

Lord, thank You for the things you have done for me. Sometimes, i have neglected the things you have given me, and what You have given, You have the right to take back. But of course there must be a reason why God takes it back, its because its not doing so well and its for our good. I have learned so much Lord, i thank You for bringing me through this because i can say that i deserve it.

Lord i pray that you give me one more chance! Everything will be so different. If its your will let it be done.

Trust in God

Matt 19:6 "So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate."

Change.

Change
To change is to risk something, making us feel insecure. Not to change is a bigger risk, though we seldom feel that way. There is no choice but to change. People, however, cannot be motivated to change from the outside. All of our motivation comes from within. Where do people get this motivation to change? Motivation can come in a variety of sources, but the most common one is through pain. For example lets say a woman gained weight, if she was previously in good physical condition, works in a fashion industry and loves to be slim and attractive, she will definitely be motivated to lose the weight. Gaining that weight was obviously painful to her and in order to have that feeling of being attractive and slim again, there is a need for change. Now that is one example of being motivated to change. The response to new information given is another form of motivation to change. Like in school, students are motivated to do well as they learn that failing is not an option to consider. The things that happen in life can be another form of motivation, like for example having a baby, getting married etc. Inspiration by friends or family can also be a form of motivation. Now we come to this form of motivation that is less effective in triggering a change. That is to force someone to change. Like for example, you are at your desk, and your boss comes up to you and says, "Ben, how many times have i told you, no eating in the office, you better change that habit of yours OR ELSE i will have to replace you with someone else. " In this situation, the boss can be a little effective in forcing you to change because they are the ones that pay you. Now you must remember that you have a choice, its either to change your habit or to get another job. Considering the fact that you might take days or even weeks to find another job, or the mortgage you have to pay. Well for this situation, this option is simple i would definitely choose to change. Or i will have to accept the consequences. In the end, your motivation to change something about yourself may come from, perhaps a little because of pain, a little because you're inspired to be a better person, and a little because your spouse would like you to stop that habit. Becoming aware of your primary motivation to change is the best source for setting off on a new path, a new direction in life.

This was what i wrote on december the 6th 2006. Just thought that this applies to my life right now. Unfortunately what motivated me to change is...through pain. I will have to accept the consequences. Friends, please do cherish what you have right now, do not wait until its gone, it might be too late...

I pray... I will keep praying...

Praise the Lord, for He walks with me through the valley of dry bones.
He strengthens me when i am tired, that i am able to walk with Him to the end.
Praise the Lord, no matter what happens, He will always be there for you. Though sometimes we are not skill to understand what God has made what God has plan, we must know its all for good. Thank God.
